Club Mahindra Holidays Extremely disappointed with all the services

Good evening Sir, Myself Mr. Siddharth Tupkar, member id. Recently, myself along with my family members visited club Mahindra, Pratap Niwas Palace, Udaipur. So we, a family of four were accomodated in a room which had a lot of issues. The housekeeping delayed in getting us empty cups for having tea, by almost 40 minutes and we had to call them repeatedly. Secondly, The soap dispenser of the room wasnt functioning from the very day we checked in . Despite informing the housekeeping repeatedly, nothing was done regarding the same, the next morning causing a lot of inconvenience to us and also throughout the day and the issue went unattended. When we returned the resort in the evening after almost 12 hours, still it wasn’t done. Very annoying experience. Extremely disappointed with all the services, may it be housekeeping, may it be dining, room service, housekeeping.
