I am worked as an Anaesthesia technician in india. One day i got a job offer from the ircc agent mr thomas jacob(R521643 )he offered me a job as anaesthesia technician in Toronto western hospital and ask me to pay 500USD as processing fee after that he send me a application portal link using that link i can watch my application status then he asked me to pay 1500USD for LMIA and medicals.After sending money he send me a LMIA. After that he told me that the high commission requires $12960 as proof of funds and i send it to the immigration portal and the account belongs to another person. That time i have doubts and i send the lmia to uhn and twh hr they told me that that’s the fake lmia and that time i asked my money back but he told me that he can’t refund it back and i said that if you are not ready to repay i will go through legally and complaints against you but there is no reply from him and he blocked me from the chat. For sending the money, i borrowed it with interest because for the sake of my family. My family have so many financial problems so that i ready to work in canada. But he cheated me i don’t have any way to pay the debt and interest.I don’t know what to do. Please kindly help me to pay back my money with compensation.
