I purchased NOKIA 107.9 (43 inch) FULL HD LED Smart Android TV with Sound by Onkyo (Serial Number: N43F20b06TD04629) for the price of 24, 999/- through Flipkart.
It was good TV and I enjoyed watching it with my family.
But in August 2021, the mother needed to be replaced due to connectivity issues.
I discussed it with the Nokia support team and got that installed through the Nokia authorized center.
But, for the past few days, I have been seeing horizontal lines on the TV.
I called customer support to check about the issue. I was informed that the issue is with the panel.
The TV is just 1 year and 10 months old and it has troubled twice. First with the motherboard and now with the panel.
This will not happen with any mainstream TVs.
The TV is firmly mounted to a wall and was never moved from that place. There was not even a small physical impact on TV.
We have taken special care for the TV. But still I need to face the issues with TV.
This is absolutely a manufacturing defect.
Please guide me on how you can support me on this?
If you can replace TV with the same or similar product, I will be grateful.
