Further to our last compliant, we have tried to reach their CEO (vishal Rai) multiple times but he is also not responding and we are left with no choice.
Like every other time, we need to book hotel from our pocket despite paying 80K INT 4 years back to this company with fake promises
Request to take immediate action on the company who is looting its customers and spoiling life of many families.
I am also suffering because of their fraud!
I am an active CHT member and they have just annoyed me to the threshold.
Since 71 days I am just trying to book hotels for my International trip (which hardly starts within 10 days).
They just take money and don’t want to give any service to customer
