As I ordered a product from corssbeats India website named ignite s4 smart watch registered under warranty the was was not working after month sent for replacement. Cost of product 4999 INR. The replacement product sent to me by crossbeats India was orbit x cost 3999 INR. I was expecting a replacement of the product which I bought i.e. ignite S4 looking at the product specifications and my requirement. I am awaiting for the replacement of my watch crossbeats ignite S4 from last 1 and half month. They have already done the reverse pick up of the wrong product which they have sent to me and they are not giving me any appropriate response or call. Just asking me to wait 24-48 hours on every mail and its been more than a month.
I have been marking the mails to Mr. Abhinav Agarwal crossbeats CEO however he is not responding or taking responsibility of the wrong doings of the company.
I would request you to provide me a solution by filing a grievance or ask them to initiate a refund.
