This is fraud company, They never pay you on time, They think that they are giving you salary means they own you. They treat everyone like slave. CEO is the most cheapest and arrogant person in the world. He has no manners and simple ethics. Even if you wants to spoil your life then try some other options but please don’t choose this company. Too much of micro management is there. Funny part of this company is that video editor is holding the position on project manager. they don’t even have a proper clients. Employees are made to work 14-20 hours everyday. Salaries are delayed everymonth by 10-18 days. There is no scope to complain as HR is Mandar Lande CEO’s Wife and takes no action. Female employees are kept back late in the office and no transport provided to go home.
