I, Somes Mazumdar, Residing in Burdwan Town, West Bengal applied for a Loan of Rs.150000 from Dhani finance Mumbai Bandra 16th Floor, B.Wing Capital Tower, opposite ICICI Bank, G Block BKC, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Concerned person from dhani Finance is Sanjay Singh, Vikram Sing & Awadesh Kumar. Voice call & Whatsapp. In preliminary discussion they didn’t tell me about various charges like GST, Service tax & TDS, TDS Late fine, RBI Unhold charge etc. After paying loan processing fee they ask me various charges 5 times in a row. After paying total Rs.27548 they did not disburse my loan and further request me to pay another Rs.12799 for RBI Unhold Charge.
Now realizing their motive I refused to pay any money and ask them to cancel my loan process and refund my money as early as possible. But Dhani Finance is unwilling to return my money and make my loan as pending. Following is my

I am also attach all documents for my claim.
Under this circumstance I seek my full money refund and cancellation of my Loan. I will be very grateful to u if you kindly
take necessary step against Dhani Finance so that I can get my money returned to my A/c.
