I am Kasi from Coimbatore. I have enrolled myself in Diraa for the position of Logistics Manager 6 months back. Also I have paid them for my job . Now iam placed through Diraa in a well reputed company through them.
They put lot of effort and support for my profile and guided me in all the ways to improve my interview skills each and every time when I get rejected in the company.
As Mr. Kumar, who has given such a big list for the scam done by Diraa Hr services, I would like to tell few clarifications for the notes which he has given.
1. As long as I found from the other candidates discussion I had with them for these six months, Diraa charges for all the profiles they work, But their charges are nominal and reasonable . Because when the company side is not giving them the charges for the candidates placed through Diraa, what will the consultancy do to run their business??? Is it any company doing for free of cost in their business???
2. Mr. Kumar you have mentioned that you have lost your hard earned money with them, then y didn’t you login a complaint immediately, instead of putting your worries in this site that also after few months.
3. They almost place 5 to 6 candidates each day. Also you have mentioned that they have charged Rs. 5 lacs from the candidates, Can you please share his name and number so that we check with him what exactly has happened and whether he has received back his money. If that person has got cheated through diraa, then why he also never logged in a complaint till date in the Police station.
4. They have placed candidates in Banking, Finance, Construction companies, Logistics and Singapore etc… I have seen the proof with my own eyes. The paper works are not Fake.
5. Diraa Hr Services is started by Mr. Sivaparaksh. Mr. Sivaprakash is the Proprietor of the company.
All this shows who is fake whether Diraa HR Services or Mr. Kumar who has written these. You people can judge now I hope.
The Bond is given not only for the money assurance but also for the candidate details to work for the staffs to work for their profile. Mr. Kumar please send us the list of candidates who are begging for their money still in Diraa. Then why those candidates also till date have not logged a complaint in the police station?
Mr. Kumar have you gone and checked their bank account for the interest which is coming to their account?? If so can you share that proof in this site, so that everyone can see their fakeness.
Mr. Kumar, yes they do operate in Residential apartment as the House owner had the willingness to rent for office. If they are cheating they would have hided away.(I heard that they are there in that apartment for the last 9 to 10 years I think)More over like you I also checked them I got all good feedback about them that’s why I paid.
More over Mr.Kumar, they don’t have a office in Chennai, you can go search any where in the google or directly or you can enquire anyone. Yes they do few cases for Singapore . But they haven’t done any cases for Dubai in their life (Clearly you have targeted them) This itself a fake news given by you Mr. Kumar.
Guys in each and every company they staffs keep coming in newly and go out in search of other companies as they might needed a change in the job or salary package. It is not only in Diraa Hr Services that staffs keep coming in newly and go out.
In each company all the staffs are trained for their business, without the training the new joiners will not know the company product and policy to work further.
For all the companies who have their website there are good and bad reviews. Some will have more good and less bad and some will have more bad and good reviews. All the reviews are based on each candidate mindset and approach. When Diraa is able to pay money and get the reviews as you have mentioned Mr.Kumar, then why are they having less reviews they could have put more 1000 reviews.
4.5 rating is given by the google not by an individual person or not by individual company. Its google which is giving the rating based on the reviews. From the day one I have enrolled in Diraa Hr services, I have seen their rating changing. It was 4.1 once, sometimes it was 4.8 sometimes it has come down to 3.9 also. There is nothing to maintain 4.5 always to get the business done. Business is not done based on the rating given by google Mr. Kumar (After all this I would like to ask you a question why don’t you give your original name Number and address so that everyone will reach you for clarification)
Yes all the Consultancies work with Naukri, Shine, Monster and other portals for their business to get their leads and to place the candidates. Everyone knows this. Mr. Kumar without paying and getting the Portals, they will be not be able the access the resumes inside the portals. So they have got the portals legally with all the documents. Moreover without GST number, Company Pan card, Adhaar Card, Company registration etc, the portals cannot be purchased. So everything is Crystal clear for the candidates whether they can approach the consultancy or not. When there is so much clarity and way for the candidates, then why this consultancy is fake?
Mr. Kumar, you have asked for the other candidates number, who have gone through the pain from Diraa Hr services. Can you please share your number first so that I can get in touch with you.
Why do you want to leave the money with Diraa? Its your hard earned money. Please login a complaint immediately to the near by station, if you are real and your words are true. If you are true definitely I will come and stand by you in the Police station to get back the Money. Please do share your number.
Guys as he has mentioned in the Conclusion, when a consultancy cheats and later changes its name and operate, guys we all do have Eyes to see right?? Name can change but the face of the MD will be the same I suppose.
Guys iam writing this not because to support him. I have seen his work and job offers directly for other candidates which they have got through Diraa HR Services. Since a person wants to tell lie and put down a company or a person this is not the way to bring down their Hard work and effort in bringing up the company. They have so many good things which cannot be forgotten by the persons who have got job through them and joined through them .

CONCLUSION: THE MESSAGE SENT BY MR.KUMAR IS NOT TRUE. I FEEL IT’S A PERSONAL VENGENCE TOWARDS THE MD OF THE COMPANY. GUYS PLEASE DON’T TRUST ALL THESE FAKE AND WRONG MESSAGES GIVEN BY ANY INDIVIDUALS. PLEASE GO DIRECTLY AND VISIT THE COMPANY IF YOU WANT THE JOB THROUGH DIRAA HR SERVICES. IF NEED ANY CALRIFICATIONS REGARDING MONEY WHICH YOU ARE GOING TO PAY CHECK WITH THEM DIRECTLY AND ASK THEM TO SHOW THE PROOF FOR ALL THE QUERIES YOU HAVE. PLEASE DON’T TRUST OTHERS WORD. THEY ARE GENUINE ONLY IF NOT THEY COULDN’T HAVE SURVIVED IN THIS MARKET FOR SO MANY YEARS.
