Dolphin Travels is Non-cooperation of the driver and very rude with female

Drivers are very bad they don’t co-operate with the female I m a diabetic patients I need to go to washroom so I asked him to stop so he told 45 min he will stop but he didn’t stop …

As in emergency situation I just passed it on bed itself very embarrassing situation for a lady .

And ac they just stop when they wish to I don’t understand y

We r In ac sleeper bus how do we open the window if the bus is fully packed .

I hope they will take some action and kindly do the needful.
