Extremely disappointed with the fraud activities of CRED. I used CRED app for making my maintenance bill amount Rs.101800/- to my vendor account ending account No.4298 on 08.01.2023. The amount was already debited from my HDFC credit card account and this fraud entity is holding my amount from 08.01.2023 onwards. They have neither refunded or transferred the amount till today. Every time I used to get an automated email that amount will be refunded within 5-7 banking working days. Requesting you to kindly do the needful to get my refund amount and stringent action against on this fraud entity.
