I made a request for refund against installation charges for LG air conditioner on 23rd March 2022 from Mumbra digi1 shop.
It’s been 3 months since then, still I have received the refund amount of ₹1199.
The request was made to the store manager Mr. Irfan to which he is not responding properly and making excuses every time I ask for the refund. He
is not taking it seriously and never followed up with me about the refund process and providing false information such as the Money will be transferred to the account and when asked for the transaction he says it will be done by cash.He is
just stalling me around.
Today on 28th June 2022, I went to the store for asking the refund amount as he promised me it will be done by Monday, again he made an excuse by telling it will not be given in cash it will be transferred in account.I asked the manager to give me in cash as he told me earlier and not to extend the date and I kept asking again and again, In a very harsh and aggressive manner he threatened me saying ” I will not give you the money do whatever you want to do but I’ll not give you the money, call anyone or put consumer court complaint still I will not give you the money ”
It is unbelievable to see such terrible customer service from the manager it is very agonizing for me keep asking for my refund and always get declined.
I request you to take strict action against the manager and refund my amount.
I have attached the purchase and installation receipt.
