Fares Daddy Holidays Pvt. Ltd. Vadodara regional office has organised a presentation of its membership scheme for accommodation & travel bookings. It highlighted its mission to create credibility and vision of customer goodwill. It also informed that it is part of Fares Daddy LLC International Group. On the basis of these promises made during the presentation, I became member by paying Rs.80, 000/- on 11.10.2019 ( membership no. FDBRC05497).
Since corona outbreak, it closed its Vadodara & Ahmedabad office without any intimation to me. I phoned its customer, Vadodara , Ahmedabad
several times & several months. But none of these were working. On 25th June 22, it informed a customer care , which is of a lady working from home. She rarely picks the phone and always informs that you will get reply by email. Most of the time it is switched off or incoming calls barred. No working phone number of head office.
I requested flight booking for Nov22, but on 25.06.22, it emailed me informing that flights booking are closed till January. It is against its terms and promises. It is additionally earning Rs.12, 000/- per year as interest on my Rs.80, 000/- without any booking since joining.
Its website shows wrong phone numbers and adddresses of closed Vadodara & Ahmedabad offices.
It is clear that the company is a fraud and cheating us. Pl take necessary action against it.
Faresdaddy Holiday Pvt.ltd. company is totally fraud. They closed company but not informed to customer.
Pls take action against this company.
