Franke Faber India Limited is Escalation on After Sales Service

This is to bring to your attention that I am a very disappointed customer of FABER. I had purchased new brand Faber In-build Oven on 12th September 2013. Right from the day of installation, I have been facing issues with the Oven with regards to food getting burnt.
I have lodge complain of 26th December 2013 regarding this to Faber service Center and the complain number is mentioned in the subject line.

The engineer visited my place on 10th January 2014 (2 weeks after the complain was lodged), This itself is lapse from Faber Service Center on not providing timely response to the complain and the delay in engineer visit.

After the engineer visited to attend the complain he identified that the regulator knobs were defective and took the knobs away for replacement. Even after 10 days the knob replacement is not done and upon calling the service center I have been informed that the spare is not available in the company.

I am very frustrated with the quality of service provided by Faber and Faber being international brand it is disappointing to see a bad reputation due to service.
I have sent repeated on 18th Jan & 21st Jan 2014 BUT there is NO response from their end.
