Dear friends!
We have taken a 5 years membership from KBF Club Holidays. We ask for hotel bookings at Jaipur they offers us hotels of low quality. They even ask for Rs 4500/- on per booking of 3N/4D. When we ask for refund then their Director Mr Kamran says that you can go anywhere but we will not provide refund even starts abusing and misbehaving.
He says he is a Don and can do anything if ask for refund. I have raised my complaint in consumer court as well even going to lodge FIR against this fraud company.
Please don’t come in their contacts they will promise so much but will provide nothing. They have a number of hidden costs.
