We took a membership of this horrible company. Earlier they commit us to provide 4star Or 5 star hotels. At the time of booking they provide us the low class hotels. Our whole trip ruins because of these people’s.when we asked them to change the hotels, then they have no option. One more thing according to them if we take a whole package from them like travels also then they will provide us 4 star or 5 star hotels otherwise they have no option.. Kindly help me in refunding my money or help me in cancellation of this membership.
