I have booked a property in Godrej Azure chennai – jade tower in Feb 2022. During the time of handover we have observed few issues which were not rectified by the construction team with the cracks in the living area and outer portion of the flat where the access to private terrace area was closed by wall due to pipeline is not fixed properly. Also in our dedicated parking area, there is an unclosed manhole chamber kept open for several months…
