Godrej Properties is Irresponsible sales executive

The designated sales representative at godrej royal woods, devanahalli bangalore is one of the worst…all the escalation leads have quit the project and there is no hierarchy to escalate the issue
The sales rep is not available on mails, phone calls, after multiple attempts.
As a customer we have to keep calling them for update with no response
And this is happening since the sales deed is done .pathetic
