I am going through very bad experience of Grand Vivanta people. Myself and my wife were invited in a club at Kalyan where Mr Sudhirkumar and Mr. Abhijit explained us the scheme and insisted to purchase the package of Rs.1, 36, 000/-. Initially I made payment of Rs.66, 000/- through credit card. It was assured that the interest of credit card will be borne by Grand Vivanta. Then Mr. Sudhirkumar gave me an offer that if I make additional part payment of Rs.20, 000/-, I will be entitled to avail special offer of to and fro air tickets for family for first trip without insisting for the balance payment. Therefore I made additional payment of Rs.20, 000/-. Now I am requesting them to arrange my first trip but they are either not responding or just tossing the matter from one executive to another. Lastly I was told one Mr. Mahender Lal is looking my matter. I am trying to contact him but he never receives the phone or never calls back. Nobody is responding to the emails sent to them. It seems that this company is deceving the people by their fraudulent activities and making false representations. I have also informed them that if they don’t respond to my call, I will be compelled to approach Consumer Protection Forum as well as report the matter to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs…Adv Hemant Nilegaonkar
