GOOD EVENING, I AM DAILY COMMUTER FROM FARIDABAD TO GURGAON VIA TOLL PLAZA(Gurgaon/faridabad) bandhwari.
Recently i have changed my car which used to have tag of your toll for monthly passage, i have been daily take 2 journey receipt from your toll. Today was same as all days i paid for my 2 way trip on your toll, during my return journey with my car DL12CQ6643. I have lost my receipt for journey so i asked the staff to please check the morning entry i have took receipt in the morning, they refused to check that and misbehaved with me. Then i paid 30rs again for that journey for not wasting time of people who were rushing towards thier home like me behind my car. Then i went to the first floor office of the toll plaza to register my complaint of mis behaviour, thier i met with Nandu(employee reliance) he misbehaved with me and start threatening me i was scared, he argued do what you can do, says i don’t care about the system . You have paid now get lost otherwise i will make you.Please look into this if your staff behave like this with us it is not safe, i want immediate action and apology from Nandu in written . I hope you will find my grivenence concerning in this matter there are several cases of misbehavior on this toll plaza.
