Travel agency charged the full amount but didn’t provide any services, bus management was so poor and even their staff behavior. In middle the bus got changed which we had no clue about and had to wait for an hour for next bus to arrive qnd in between time they didn’t even with a seating service had to wait raodside with luggage. Even it got delayed by 8 hours. Such a poor response from the agency and their helpline number.
Worst travel experience would recommend not to go with HANS TRVELS ever again.
