Happyfares is Cancellation refund

My reference ID – HBB8GMRD

I booked flight for 3rd Feb from Goa to Mumbai and on 5 from Mumbai to Goa while I had to book the other way round.
I booked the correct flights again from HappyFares only for the same dates.

As discussed with the airlines since I have called them within 24 hours and the flight is also booked well in advance so I am eligible for full refund.

AirAsia containing the detailed breakup of the refund amount which they have processed to HappyFares.

My PNR number for the flight is =

The total amount to be refunded should be – 4580/-
Actual amount credited in my account – 684/-
Balance amount to be paid by travel agent – 3896/-

When I called customer care they are saying 1533/- for each flight is the airline penalty and 600/- for each flight is the happyfare fees. The total cancellation amount is 4266/-.
I paid 8722/ for both the flights while I got the refund of just 3456/- which is less then 50% irrespective of the fact that I should have got full refund as per airline cancellation policy
