Hathway is Cheating and getting calls multiple calls daily

I have availed broadband connection with Hathway
Connection start from Date : 30-NOV-2019 to Date : 29-FEB-2020
Closed connection Date : 28-FEB-2020

I requested Hatway to close the account on 27th February 2020, and return the device in April 2020, and I updated the Google page with all of the requested information.
After a year, I began receiving calls from Hathway Broadband to activate the connection, which stated that the account had not been closed and that no device had been handover.
I disconnected connection in 2020 and have been receiving calls from Hashway since 2021, with various numbers. It’s torture from the Hathway Broadband.

I received a call and agreed to close the connection after being asked to pay 425 rupees to the UPI hathway, which is refunded when the account is closed, but instead of closing the account, they activated it.
I received an invoice via whatsapp and an email and I received a call for activation. When I try to contact the above-mentioned numbers, they are unavailable. I also attempted to contact Hathway, but had no lick.

Note:
1. When I tried to contact customer service It seems that there are many accounts registered with my name, which baffled me because I had never opened any account with Hathway.
2. Requested a refund of 425 rupees from Hathway due to their negligence in allowing me to pay them. The return procedure is stressful here, and I don’t want to get any calls from Hatway from now onwards.
3. Please take stern action against such firms.
