HCL Technologies Payslips

I’m an ex-employee of HCL.I need to submit all the payslips of my previous employment for immigration purpose to pursue my future prospects, however, I missed a few of my HCL payslips during my tenure of 4 years in HCL

I’ve requested team and several other teams who ever is available for ex-employee support under HCL’s myseparation portal. However, the response received from HCL team is very poor. The reply is as attached.

I understand and agree that I should have downloaded them and archived for my further use, however, I missed to save few payslips.

Payslips are shared to HCL internal email address only which cannot be accessed from outside once employee leaves the firm. This decision of not sharing payslips post resignation was neither furnished to us over verbal or written confirmation by HCL team

Request your kind cooperation to involve in this and advise HCL team to share the payslips of my entire tenure.

Note: I’ve raised the same request with Infosys and couple of international companies, their response to this request is neat and prompt. Thanks to them.
