Hi,
I had booked a package using the “Incredile Himanchal Holidays” but had to cancel it in April 2020 and had raised a request for Refund.
I was given an option to travel via them later or get refund as per policy and i chose to get the refund.
However it’s been more than 2 years of me following up with them for the refund but have not yet received it.
