I bought an jacket online from Zara on 26.12.2022.The Invoice no is C12140/2483802
The issue is, i received the jacket proper packed in box but there was no tag on jacket.No MRP, no details of the product was mentioned. I created the return of the same and packed it in same condition as i received it.On 3rd January 2023 i received a mail that refund is not possible reason being is, tag was not there.
I contacted Zara chat box to raise the complaint but they denied that tag was not there so refund is not possible .I tried to convince them that i received it in such way but they are not listening.They assured me to wait for 2 days as they raised a complaint on my behalf. I contacted them on 5 January 2023 again and the result was same.They again denied.I want to raise this dispute to the forum and you decide where is my fault.If i had received the item without tag, is it my fault ?
The product amount is Rs 5990.00
