Kalson Holidays And Suites Pvt Ltd is Missale, cheating and fraud

Dear Sir,

Kalson Holidays And Suites Pvt Ltd company has invited me for presentation of their holiday tour package and asked to come along with wife on 14th March in Hotel Ranjeet Lake view Van vihar road Bhopal.

Their representative Ashiya Sheikh and Avinash Soni has given presentation of holiday tour package membership and asked us to book offer by making payment today with option of cancellation within 7 days with full refund of money.

I requested Avinash Soni to share terms and conditions before payment which he didn’t share and gave reason that new agreement copy is not with him but assure us your payment is safe since you are paying through credit card and you can even claim charge back as well if you found anything is not in order. Further told me confirmation call will also come to reconfirm all terms and conditions.

Only on getting assurance from him for security of payment I made the payment of Rs 73000 under EMI option which costs me Rs 85000/-

I received confirmation call on 17th March through Aarti Thakur and she confirmed that she is sharing details on mail and asked to confirm the same.

I received their offer on mail on 17th March which was different with the presentation and confirmation call therefore immediately I requested them to cancel offer and refund full amount without deducting any charges since terms and conditions was not in line with the presentation and confirmation call.

After many follow ups they get ready to cancel offer but want to deduct Rs 25000/- as administrative charges referring to some agreement which was not done by us and never told to us during presentation or during confirmation call and not even while sharing offer.

I have asked them to confirm the name of parties who has done the agreement and name of paties who has signed the agreement. They are not able to justify and pretending that signature was done by me under second party and still they does not confirm who has signed under first party.

When I asked them to share their seniors official mail id or contact number for reporting the issue and for getting resolution they do not share even on requesting multiple times.

Now even after more than a month still I am struggling to get back my money
They are doing total fraud by doing mis sale and false representation of package details without disclosing terms and conditions and hiding things for booking offer of holiday package. Also they are making false promises of refunding full amount on cancellation.

Therefore requesting you please help us in getting our money back and lodge complaint against Ashiya Sheikh, Avinash Soni, Aarti Thakur of Kalson Holidays and Suites Pvt Ltd and arrange suitable actions against them so that other people should not become their victims.
