Hi Sir/madam,
On 10th August I booked a ticket through Paytm. Bus Operator called me and said Bus has been cancelled and on the same day I boked ticket with another travels.
Now when im reaching to Paytm for travels they said operator has declined my refund. When im calling to your kaveri travels (Bus operator they are saying Paytm has to give and now bus operator is not answering and behaving in rude manner. I tried every way but im not getting refund amount.
