Kaveri Travels is Cheating me by saying that it will drop me in my required place

Yesterday night i was waiting in Hebbal, Banglore for a bus to go to Hyderabad. A person regarding Kaveri travels came near me and told me that the bus goes to Hyderabad and there is one sleeper free. Then I asked him does it drops me in Patny in Hyderabad.
