Khosla Eshoppe / Khosla Electronics is Complaint for not getting extended warranty

My father [Asish Kumar Ghosh] had purchased extended warranty for 2 years on a new Godrej Eon Refrigerator from Khosla Electronics Kanchrapara om 31/12/2021. The warranty money was taken by the authorised signatory of Khosla on the same day.
Now, when the mentioned fridge has fallen out of order since last 2 weeks, no technician is turning up . Sometimes they say its is an issue with Bajaj Finserv, sometimes quite not sure of the reference. Being a genuine aged customer, my father is having to go through unnecessary hassle and troubles with no service even after paying the amount.

Please look into this matter with utmost urgency and let us know if any escalations will be needed for immediate resolution, will need to reach out to higher delegated across the consumer forum.
