The company has no whatsoever respect for its customers.. first they say that the delivery will be given at a specific time but it turns out that the customer has to wait right from the morning till 7pm. And delivery is only given at the last hour. I’m fed up with the company’s policy ..
Shame on you all. Each time u call up the electronic center they only say that their men have left for the delivery. But the customer has to wait right till 7pm…
I made a mistake in buying things from this stupid center. Moreover the staff are also irresponsible, as they have given me a different colour and model washing machine inspite of saying choosing the colour at the shop they still gave the wrong one.
Shame on khosla.
