Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances is Complaining about kutchina smarty chimney motor

I bought kutchina smarty chimney in june 2018. After 3yrs my motor started making noise but technician was not able to recognise it at that time. Now the noise increased and the motor no more sucks air, the oil spreads all over the kitchen. I booked a service and technician visited and said that the motor must be changed.
