We have had 100mbps fibre optic broadband around one and half year back. Every now and then, the internet connection goes off.
Moreover the worst part is that, their local service partners over here in Nasik (Maharashtra) do not respond to your calls. The simply ignore your calls and don’t even bother to call you back.
The longest period for which we were unable to access the internet was 4 (FOUR) days that too in District place Nasik and in municipal corporation area.
