We were contacted by these golife people at Andaman. They stopped our vehicle and gave us scratch card which had gift hamper. And then they asked us to attend a seminar which would take only 1 hour.
After going they explained us about their services and manipulated with words like- only for few customers we give this and manager has to approve you for purchase. Then they used 2 card to debit the amount (at no cost EMI) and payment should be made right away. They informed us they have cooling off period of 60days to cancel the membership and that’s why we proceeded.
They took our cards and swiped it, and then filled the forms in a hurry and asked us to sign.
After coming back from Andaman, I didn’t receive any call or email from them for a week. I got suspicious and called them, emailed them but no response. After 3 weeks of follow up they said it’s non refundable and We have to forget about what sales person said us. The number of resorts/hotels they mentioned is a lie, they customer support is always unresponsive, and sales person give false information to make us buy the membership.
How can I pay 2lakhs rupees without taking any service and this is not at all relevant to my needs and lifestyle. What they promised and what they give later is completely different.
