I visited a dentist in Mumbai on 8th Dec 2022. For payment he shared a Mswipe link with me. I made payment on the link via mobile using netbanking, on completion message displayed on mobile screen was “Oops an error occurred”. So I tried again and same message appeared. I received sms from bank that amount of 8000 is deducted twice.
On checking with dentist he told that he has not received any amount of 8000 twice.
I contacted bank they told that your payment was successful with the biller. So if payment was successful then to whom it has been credited I want to know the account holder and how to contact him.
