I am 2nd year B.Tech student, getting trapped and looted by the bunch of persons with total amount of Rs 188755 who did not reveal their true identity so far. Please help me to recover my amount as I am left with only Rs 3018.17 in my account. Also, want to know if the company is genuine or fake?
I received an SMS from JX-KEDIAC(contact number is not showing) on 22-Sept-2022 10:23am saying, “Datetradingacbal Your application has been approved in our company and the salary is 16000 RS. Contact for details- KEDIAC” and I clicked on the mentioned link and it took me to the personal whatsapp space I confirmed the person if my application has been approved and asked for company details and he briefs me about it and asked to register to link https://onework.works/m/register with an invitation code-390214 and as I did the same, further he asked me to join on Telegram with link https://t.me/Dheerajget and said the person will assist me to complete tasks and how to withdraw money and I did the same and he introduced me as my work tutor and asked my registered Mobile number, Name, Occupation, Age then he asked to subscribe to https://t.me/+GiPpUfYAwoNmNmY1, after subscribing he assigned me task and explained how to complete the process and how to withdraw the amount into my account after completing the task. Also, he mentioned that I need to pay from my pocket at first then after successfully completing the task I can withdraw that amount into my account with commission of 20%, also each task is sub-divided into sub-tasks. After doing 1st task successfully he assigned me next task and asked me to choose the task and accordingly complete the task and I did the same for total 4 times, for 4th assignment he said that it is the last onboarding task, when it will complete, my employee employment notification will be sent to me in writing with details of working from home or coming to company. And I agreed for the 4th task and selected to invest Rs 3000 into the task and started the task(had 5 sub-tasks in total) but till completion total investment done of Rs 98755 and while amount withrawal it started asking to increase the credit score for which they did not inform me earlier and due to less credit score( less than 100) my withrawal got rejected and I informed this to my tutor and he said I need to increase the credit score to 100 in order to withdraw the amount and I anyhow managed to increase it upto 100 by borrowing the amount from my known ones. After that again I tried to withdraw my amount and now it is showing status “Pending to Review” and I contacted for this to assigned tutor and he said that I need to pay tax about which again they did not inform earlier and when I ask them to deduct the taxable amount from the amount which I am withdrawing and transfer the amount after settlement but he said that I need to pay the tax from my pocket of Rs 28781.11, I asked for the company details today morning and he shared the company details as KV Human Resoures Pvt Ltd and related information but in the evening he mentioned that it is onework.works company, also under app I checked under company information, the company name is not mentioned anywhere and I tried to call the same assigned tutor but call is not connecting via telegram, also his number is not visible in telegram, I asked to share the contact to connect with his superior or Chairman so that I can ask for resolution but he didn’t provide the number or any source. Along with this I asked to revert my withdrawal amount to my registered account of their app which I used to withdraw my amount for that too he refused and said the amount is already transfered to your bank end and the amount is frozen, but it will not show at your bank account untill you pay the tax, also said that I need to pay the tax to the merchant bank then I will get a call from bank for the same then approve the amount and send it to my bank account but while asking for the proof he said we can’t show you the proof as it is confidential and risky to share the details. Also today he shared the ID card of the company with company name tagged as Amazon and person name written on ID card (Britney Smith) is different with the telegram name (Dheeraj) and when I said about filing complain against them so he said as per the rule of law society and national taxation laws and rules, you need to pay the tax first from your pocket then we will release the amount into your account, also said they have been into this company from long time and if there were any lies, they would have convicted long ago. They are not providing any details and seems completely fraud so please help me to recover my invested amount.
Below are the details about tasks which I performed and the amount I received into my account after deduction of 5 percent handling fee and completing the task successfully:
1- chosen 50 Rs task (2 subtask), got 100 Rs into my account after deduction of 5 percent handling fee and completing the task successfully
2- chosen 200 Rs task(2 subtask), got 331 Rs into my account
3- chosen 3000 Rs task(3 subtask), but actual invested Rs 4254 got 7600 Rs into my account
4- chosen 3000 Rs task(5 sub task), but actual invested Rs 98755 but did not get amount into my account due to insufficient credit score.

Please help me to recover my amount as soon as possible as I am a student and was looking for an internship or part time job and my family belong to medium class and my father is retired service man. I do not have even amount to pay rent to my hostel now. Please do help me in this matter at earliest.
