My Point of contact is POOJA, And Case consultant is Sujatha
We are very disappointed that our case is seriously handled very lazily by SUJATHA, not available for anything at all since MARCH 2021 WE came with a Valid English score for admission in CANADA and was provided a confirmation that My husband is eligible and will get admission in nearest intake of September 2021.
But Sujath laziness spoiled our case and she came back to us saying we need to change from Canada to USA.
even we agreed did our WES with her and applied in two colleges by her and till now our admission is pending
Kindly look into the case and see that our money is refunded as Oplantus has taken money from us saying we r eligible and can get the admission by evaluation services. and wasted our years on this.
we need solutions as we paid full amount with guatranteed admsiion, but not a single colleg we received a admission from till now, visa is a far case
This all goes to the mishandling of our case by your team should be resolved ASAP
