I had booked my ticket from Bangalore to tirupathi on 5 2 2023 in Orange travels and it was told and also written in ticket that arrival time is 9 o’clock but bus reached 12 30 . In this connection i write to bring to your notice it is fraud and cheating passenger, i need proper reason since no traffic etc
