Orange Tours And Travels is worst behaviour from driver and conductor

Worst bus experience ever…
I had traveled from Basavakalyan to Bangalore at 6:45 PM seat no L11and L12 and booked two tickets one pick up from Basavakalyan n another one from humnabad and we had luggage n even with the help of conductor only I dropped my luggage in bus dicky in humnabad but he didn’t give me luggage tag since it was raining and other people are rushing to drop there luggages in bus..so when I got down from bus in Marathahalli there was no luggage of mine..conductor saying I have not carried any luggage…worst behaviour from driver and conductor they are not at all ready even to talk.
Hope you guys understand our situation..going further I will not book my tickets in orange travel
