I went to Paras hospital gurgaon on 29th Friday 2022 to get my 7 year child eye test done. My concern was my daughter eye sight power has been increasing frequently. I booked an appointment with Dr. Charu Agrawal. She asked us to dilate eyes to check her increasing eye sight. We waited for entire half and hour. Dr. Charu Agrawal left without checking my daughter eyesight right in front of our eyes, completely ignoring us. What paras staff did they gave us refund and my daughter is with dilated eyes. This is the way doctors work in Paras. How unprofessional and disappointed with doctor behaviour.
