I have purchased their 3 year holiday membership (total 17 nights) worth ₹35000.00, Initally i have paid ₹17500.00 (50%) and the balance payment was to be paid after the first holiday completion.
I have paid my 50% membership amount on 28/09/22 and I have made request for my first holiday reservation on 29/09/22 and got a reply that i will get update on my request within 24-48 hours, but it’s been 4 days and I have not received the response from their side.
I am trying to call their sales executive (who sold me that membership) Mr Parth nayar, but he also not answering my calls, i talked to customer care executive and she asking me to wait 2-3 weeks for holiday confirmation, as per my knowledge the hotel booking process takes only few minutes or few hours but they are asking me to wait for 2-3 weeks as I have planned my holiday on first week of November-22
I am feeling cheated, kindly take necessary action against them.
