Totally a scam, scam scam scam………warning to all…..
I bought three-year membership of Park Royal Holidays.
They are literally the frauds.
Their attitude and promises and schemes and ways and methods to book your holidays have completely changed after we have bought their membership and deposited the money.
Everyone out there… please don’t go for this fraud company
We feel so cheated and trapped.
They are totally a scam.
They won’t listen to your calls or revert your mails
They will ask you to change your dates, and your location and they will also say that they can book only two nights if you ask them to book for 3 days…
They will promise 6 days of vacation in one year and will book only for 2 nights at one time. They even said before buying the membership that we can go two families ….like if we book 2 rooms for 2 days, our 4 days will be deducted and we can even avail one or two days advance of next year also….but they have now refused so bluntly to book 2 rooms for 3 days…..now saying that they can book only one room for 2 days…….. Now imagine if you are going to a far-off place, will you be able to manage to explore the place in two nights…..
The reservation procedure is totally a scam….they book only through mail…..they have only one customer care number…. No number to make reservations…. Customer care says that we can’t talk to the reservation department…..such a huge scam…..
Totally a disaster company…..totally a fraud company…..
