I have been issued GST exemption Certificate from Ministry of Heavy Industries. i purchased Baleno from Pasco Automobiles Haryana on 24.7.2022. After visiting the RTO Delhi. They give direction to firstly get temporary registration as invalid carriage in Haryana then you are eligible for Exemption in GST registration. But Haryana RTO is denying that your vehicle is not registered as Invalid Carriage in Haryana.
