This is Jignesh i just want to inform you that i am travelling from jamnagar to baroda with my family into the your bus which is patel travels the bus no is NL-01 -B -2194! I have booked the ticket on phone call
This is to inform you that if we want to the washroom then the bus conductor & Driver has saying we will not stop the bus. we have family, my daughter is only six years old, if she want to the go to washroom in cash an emergency so what i supposed to do.
When i booked the ticket then they have not cleared this thing that they are not stopping the bus if any body want to the go washroom in emergency.
Many times i have traveled in the Patel tours & travels buses…i have never face this kind of attitude, rude behavior, bad experience etc…
