I ordered a Laptop LCD screen (Given spec: 15.6 inch, Full-HD) from https://pctech.co.in on 11.09.22. The item costed me Rs. 6, 999/-, whereas it is readily available in local shops at 4.5K.
Anyway, after receiving the the item I unboxed it and attached to my laptop. Unfortunately, I could only see a portion of the display that was lighting up and rest of the screen was black. Not only that, the display was only HD and NOT Full-HD. I immediately contacted to their number and they asked for an unboxing video and threatened that they won’t do anything if I do not provide any proof.
Fortunately, I had the unboxing video and I sent that to their WhatsApp number without making any delay. After 3 days they replied that the video is not orginal and they won’t do anything regarding this. When I asked why they think it is not original, they said that they do not pack their items like that. Then I asked if they have any recording of how thay had packed my item, they simply didn’t have any answer and BLOCKED my phone number !!!
After that I tried to contact then multiple times but could never get in touch. Is this the way of running a business ?? This is complete fraud and strict action has to be taken so that innocent people with their hard-earned money do not fall in their trap.
