One credit card is showing in my CIBIL report, although I never used the same. It seems a fraud case. I don’t know anything about this.
The detailed received from report are as follows :
Member Name: PHOENIX ARC
Account Type: CREDIT CARD
Account number: B1C0180743
My PAN CARD number is AATPW1347H & DOB 30/04/1970
It is unnecessary reducing my CIBIL score.
Same is happening with my dad. Any update on how to resolve this?
