Phoenix ARC Private Limited is Wrong account added in my cibil report

SUB: WRONG ACCOUNT ADDED IN MY CIBIL REPORT

Dear sir/madam
I am SANJOY BHATTACHARJEE,
HYDERABAD, TELANGANA.

I have never taken a Credit card from PHOENIX ARC.
But 1 account has shown in my cibil report
That Loan A/C R2CP582070 Date Opened / Disbursed on 22/01/2007
i am clearly paying my loans and repayment
due to this account i am not getting any loans and mentioned me as a defaulter in cibil.

I request you to please remove this account from my cibil.
