Prasanna Travels Irresponsible and unprofessional

I have booked a ticket for purple metro link Volvo and they are providing me with a bharatbenz bus which is local,
The bus suspension are not working properly there is lingering smell in the bus, they don’t have a cabin carrier for luggage and luggage is loitering on the floor of the bus.
If they don’t have a Volvo bus they should have informed us we would have canceled and book a ticket for different bus .
This is so irresponsible and unprofessional.
