My name is Ekant Ratanlal Tekam, Sri Sai Parankar Institute.R. V. Parankar College of Engineering, Sarangpuri Talao Road Arvi, Dist. Wardha as per order reference director of college has been recruited as Assistant Professor (Computer) (from the year 2017).It was said that the post of Computer Lab Assistant will be promoted to the post of Assistant Professor in a few days after first joining the post during the period of 2015 to 2017. However, I was told that the job would be given to the post of Assistant Professor, and I was also sent to teach regularly in the classroom.For the first order of appointment for the post of Assistant Professor, the U.G.C. It was said that Rs. 5.50 lakhs would be spent for dealing with affiliation and other administrative matters and obtaining approvals for the same. Accordingly, Rs. 3.00 lakhs during March 2015 and then Rs. 50, 000 were given as per demand again stating that the work was in final stage, but However, it was noticed that cheating is happening here.Because from now on for several months and for the next 3 to 3 and a half years at least, U.G.C. is constantly showing various reasons and difficulties. The said college administration failed to get the affiliation and other approval orders. From the year 2015 to 2019, the college administration tried to kill time by manipulating the work done in this way.In such a situation, regular work wages were not given, so I had to face huge financial difficulties, and once such a situation arose, I had a mountain of debt. And due to further financial stress, what should be done in the future to live the next life? how to do It is natural for the mind to be distracted by constant thinking about this.Falling into such a state of mind created a condition of disturbing the balance of the mind, in order to get out of that stress it was realized that it was necessary to leave here to find other sources of employment, and thus had to leave without being informed to college administration . I am fully aware that my job has been severely damaged due to this. But due to financial constraints and worries about the future job, it was a decision taken by me. It is clear that the college administration of Parankar Engineering College, Arvi is responsible.
My graduation and post graduation are in computer engineering. But since there is no computer branch in the college, I used to teach it to the students in first year and second year (Civil, Electrical) because of my subject related subject (C-Language). I was also asked to teach subjects related to Electrical, which was not originally the subject of my degree specialization, after requesting not to do so, I was verbally ordered by the college administration threatening to give me unpaid leave for up to one semester. Being afraid of such a situation, I used to prepare to teach that subject and it happened quite often.I used to be faced with the fear of not getting a salary or losing a job for some reason, and I would agree to work even though I didn’t want to because of the fear of losing a job or not getting a salary. Thus they were being forced to do things against the ROSTER under undue pressure.
As my hometown was Bhandara and then Nagpur, I was forced to live in a rented house with my mother and younger brother to attend regular college in Arvi. Due to no salary and no other financial support, my family could not bear the cost of living in Arvi. In such a situation, even the idea that a big financial problem was created was given to the concerned administrators, but it was ignored.“ (It doesn’t matter to Me if someone dies) Don’t tell me the difficulties.” In such a situation, if the efforts to find other sources of employment were successful, they were not allowed to join by creating obstacles in other ways and ultimately preventing them from moving to another place.
Whenever I was asked about the salary, I was always wasted by giving some difficulty or reason and giving some other date. At first me. M. Tech. After my interview at U.G.C. Member will take and my job will be permanent and salary but U.G.C. I was asked Rs 5.00 lakhs as expenses for interview arrangement so that it will be as normal, after telling that my financial situation is not good, I was asked for Rs 3.50 lakhs, thinking about the future I paid Rs 3.50 lakhs.It was forced to work under such pressure. But it was inconvenient. And due to not getting salary for the work done, had to face financial hardship. Finally, the only option left before me was to wash my hands of this job.
Therefore, due to the fraud committed by the said college administration due to the blunder of giving employment to a highly educated backward class tribal professor, M.TECH (Post Graduate Computer Engineering), a highly qualified professor and in that regard the demand of Rs.
Due to financial transactions of 3.50 lakhs, I am in enough financial trouble.And therefore, the compensation for the loss of the next 4-5 years of my life due to my fraud in employment and the intimidation of the said administration is irreparable. The college administration is responsible for this damage.Therefore, we request you for help to return the Rs 3.50 lakhs paid by me to above collage for the regularization work and the salary for the period of the work done and the money taken for doing the work etc.Complaints in this regard have been made to the college administration and the DIRECTOR from time to time for the past 2 years by direct visits and by telephone, but they have not provided the expected cooperation. Sometimes they don’t even pick up the phone or assure any cooperation.By agreeing to pay only by giving verbal/verbal dates, even the given dates are not kept and again by giving other dates, they have been trying to cheat continuously for at least 2 years.
Therefore, we humbly request that a highly educated, backward class tribal professor like me, to get the prescribed salary (including allowances and arrears) for the period of March from the above mentioned college administration responsible for the psychological distress and deterioration of the financial situation as described above. Also a civil application to you to recover Rs 3.50 lakhs demanded for work
