Redbus is Mentioned wrong details on red bus application

I book nafees semi sleeper bus through red bus application, i want to travel in semi sleeper bus with charging facility, but on departure spot i see that bus seats are normal not a semi sleeper seats and charging socket also not working, first time I use red bus application, and they cheat with me, plz take strict action on red bus application, and take immediate action, to help me, i want my journey joy full bus now it’s very hectic to travel in this bus,
