Redbus is Ticket Cancelation (TR8E33984777)

I tried to book a ticket on the redBus website for 18th July Early Morning from Madurai to Chennai.

I have chosen Nimmadhi Travels since the bus is starting from Madurai Mattuthavani Omni Bus by 1.20 am.

I proceeded to book this bus ticket. In the printout, I noticed the Journey Date is 19th July 2022 instead of 18th. Since it shows the wrong date, I choose the reschedule option. I tried to reschedule for the 18th and got a new ticket but in this also the Journey Date doesn’t change.

Now I am not able to cancel this ticket due to rescheduled. RedBus Policy is that Rescheduled tickets can’t be cancelled. But this is entirely a Miscommunication. How can I take this miscommunication on the refund?

Kindly do the needful for my refund.
